Camilo Martínez has 4 years of experience in public policy analysis and has a strong background in data processing and analysis with R and Python.

He served as Analyst of Urban Security and Smart Cities in ProBogotá Region, a position in which he contributed to the systematization of criminal records and survey information in Bogotá and the surrounding municipalities, and developed Comprehensive Security Index methodology in Bogotá’s localities. Previously, he was an Economic Advisor in the National Business Council, where he accompanied the analysis of bills, decrees and other administrative acts that generate an impact on the private sector on issues such as competitiveness, formal employment, overcoming poverty, corruption, regional integration, and the implementation of the Peace Agreement.

He is an economist graduated with distinction from Universidad del Rosario and a student of the Master’s degree in Economic Sciences from the National University of Colombia, with complementary studies in Leadership for Digital Transformation from MIT Professional Education and Global Challenges and Innovation in Public Policy from Florida International University.
